Shantel vanSanten is an American actress, model and singer who has been featured on many magazines including 'Teen Vogue" and Seventeen. On television, VanSanten is most well-known as Quinn James (CW's Teen Drama 'One Tree Hill) and Julie Swagger (USA Network's Shooter'). VanSanten appeared in "You and I", a drama film about an adolescent girl who moves from Russia to Moscow unaware of the possibility that she will be a part of a series involving many adventures. Next she did a television movie titled 'A Golden Christmas 3". In 2014, she was cast as Jessica Chapel on the action drama series Gang Related. In the same year, she was also featured as Christine in the independent psychological horror "Something Wicked" alongside Brittany Murphy (John Robinson) and Julian Morris. Shantel VanSanten was brought up in Spring, Texas, with her two siblings, on July 25, 1985. She attended Incarnate Word Academy Houston, which was an all-girls college preparatory college.
