British-American actress Sienna Rose Diana Miller, born 28 December 1981 [1]. Born in New York City and raised there, she started her career as a photographer model. She appeared in Italian Vogue pages and was topless for the Pirelli calendar 2003. In 2004, Layer Cake and Alfie were her breakthrough films. Her roles in Factory Girl (2006) as socialite Edie and in The Edge of Love (2008) as author Caitlin Macnamara were her next successes. She was nominated to the 2008 BAFTA Rising Star Award. She played the role of The Baroness (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2010) was followed by a brief hiatus from the screen due to tabloid scrutiny. Sienna is also known for her theatre work. She was the part of Celia in the Young Vic production "As You Like It", which was her West End debut, alongside Helen McCrory, Dominic West, as well the Broadway production "After Miss Julie" by Patrick Marber, in which she was opposite Jonny Lee Mill. Sienna performed in Terence Rattigan’s highly-acclaimed "Flare Path", directed and produced by Sir Trevor Nunn. Miller was engaged to Jude Law on Christmas Day 2004. Law publicly apologized to Miller on the 8th of July 2005 for his affair with the nanny who looked after his children.
